Fletchers were pleased to be announced the overall winner of the 2013 Australian Achiever Award for Victoria's Real Estate Services recently.

We achieved a 99.58% score for our customer relations and service, a level that few achieve. The award highlights the commitment that Fletchers have to ensuring our customer service strategy is of the highest standard.

CEO Bradley Brown was thrilled that Fletchers had finally achieved number 1 in the state, after being a finalist for a number of years.
