10th April 2017: Fletchers Group News Update 10 April

Saturday's weather remained sunny until the late afternoon, conveniently allowing for the auctions to wrap up before the heavy rain and thunder began. We hope everyone enjoyed their time indoors for the rest of the stormy weekend!

School holidays didn't keep buyers away, with a clearance rate of 81% achieved after 913 of the 1,121 auctions resulted in a sale. The REIV reported that 80% of all homes that went under the hammer this year so far have sold—what impressive consistency the Victorian market has displayed!
