Offering lifestyle and location, 1/39 Kemp Street in Mount Waverley was up for auction over the weekend. Thoughtfully crafted, this home features polished timber floorboards, contemporary fixtures, open plan living/dining and a sunny north facing courtyard garden and a covered deck. Auction day saw five eager bidders all seeking to purchase a new home. Bidding helped the property reach $153,000 over reserve – selling for $1.173 million.

In Box Hill South, 17 Devon Street offered a highly desirable family home in a beautiful tree-lined street. Offering three bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining, suave stone bathroom, gourmet kitchen with stone benches, ehe indoor accommodation blends seamlessly with the sun filled north facing garden that boasts a large deck and low maintenance landscaping.
