It seemed like we experienced all four seasons over the weekend. It was sunny and warm one minute and downpours and overcast the next!
The REIV reported a clearance rate of 74% over the weekend with 1,092 auctions scheduled, 805 of those selling. Auction numbers are still strong, with two consecutive Super Saturdays over the coming fortnight, before a brief respite for Melbourne Cup.

Offering lifestyle and location, 1/39 Kemp Street in Mount Waverley was up for auction over the weekend. On auction day there were four bidders ready to restore this home; bidding reached an impressive $1.090 million.
