Another rather gloomy weekend in terms of the weather, with the sun hiding behind the clouds and storms beginning to develop.

The auction clearance rate from the past weekend was 77%, with 759 of the huge number of 990 reported auctions resulting in a sale. 93 of the 231 passed in properties were due to a vendor bid. Of the 21 auctions from Fletchers Eastern suburb offices, 15 sold, meaning a 71% combined success rate for those offices.
