Wet weather didn’t dampen auction day spirits, with plenty of eager purchasers still out in force.
The REIV reported a clearance rate of 67 % on Saturday from the 435 auctions scheduled. For the month of November there are more than 5,000 auctions expected, making it the biggest auction month of 2015.
Fletchers Eastern suburbs offices achieved a success rate of 70% over the weekend.
