Clear and sunny weather over the weekend made for an enjoyable auction day on Saturday. We had a restful Sunday off, able to take advantage of another stunning display of Melbourne weather.

The REIV reported a clearance rate of 77% on Saturday, with a total of 852 auctions scheduled. There has been over 3,000 auctions so far in February, stronger than any previous years.

Fletchers Eastern suburbs offices achieved a success rate of 93% over the weekend.
