We woke up to grey skies over the weekend and there certainly was a chill in the air!

The REIV reported a clearance rate of 79% over the weekend. Of the 850 auctions scheduled, 673 were sold over the weekend. It was another big weekend for the Fletchers Group, achieving a success rate of 80% at auction.

In Balwyn North, 38 Bulleen Road went under the hammer on Saturday. An impressive site for a prestige new home (STCA), the property drew an impressive crowd for auction. The Fletchers Diamond Valley office also had a fantastic weekend of auctions, achieving a 100% success rate!
