We enjoyed close to perfect weather over the weekend – not too hot and not too cold! The sunshine was welcome and certainly made a change from the grey skies we have been used to.
The REIV reported a clearance rate of 74% over the weekend. There were 757 auctions scheduled, 557 of those properties selling. There are over 4,000 auctions expected to be held this month and with close to 1,000 taking place next weekend, we are set for another ‘Super Saturday’. This will be the first time there have been over 4,000 auctions taking place in August!
Fletchers Eastern suburbs offices achieved a 73% success rate over the weekend, a consistent result as we head into spring!
