Shining sun took the edge off what was a cool Autumn day. With over 28 auctions scheduled, it was a busy day for our offices.

The REIV reported a clearance rate of 77% on the weekend with 1,162 auctions scheduled and 889 of those selling. For the month of April the auction clearance rate sits at 78%, an increase of 7% on last year.
