The sun sure was shining on the weekend, creating a stunning setting for the first auction weekend of 2017.

Although auction numbers were low across the board it was a successful weekend, with 100% of Fletchers Eastern suburbs auctions successfully selling. Out of the four auctions that took place, two were sold before the auctions even took place because the vendors were so happy with the offers they received from the lucky new homeowners!

The luxurious home sold at auction for an undisclosed amount, resulting in another happy vendor!

The Domain Group reported the coming weekend will see almost 200 properties at Melbourne auctions—nearly four times the amount of last weekend’s auctions, indicating that the first week back is only a small taste of what 2017 has to offer!
