The REIV reported a clearance rate of 76% over the weekend, with 747 auctions scheduled and 565 of those selling under the hammer. Fletchers network of Eastern suburbs offices achieved an overall success rate of 72%.

There were three eager bidders on auction day and the property reached $118,000 over reserve, selling for $548,000.
