The sunshine held out on Saturday for a busy day of auctions. Although it didn’t stay around for Mother’s Day, we hope you and your family had a relaxing day celebrating the mothers, mothers to be and mother figures in your life!

The REIV reported a clearance rate of 74% over the weekend, with 807 auctions called and 594 of those selling under the hammer.

Fletchers network of Eastern suburbs offices achieved an auction success rate of 71%.


The four bedroom home at 1 High Street in Nunawading presented prospective purchasers with thrilling potential close to Blackburn Lake. Four bidders on auction day helped this property sell for $891,000.
