Fletchers have set an exciting challenge for all those budding chefs out there! In conjunction with Japanese restaurant Ocha, we are offering our clients and the community the opportunity to test out their culinary skills…and have some fun in the process!
Simply download our latest recipe card, the mouth-watering teriyaki duck kebabs brought to you by Ocha chefs, Michelle Rogerson and Yasu Yoshida. Put on your chef's hat and apron and start cooking!
Send us a photo of you and your finished dish to competitions@fletchers.net.au by Friday, 31 August 2012 and Fletchers will pick a winner.
