Fletchers have had great success recently in the Warrandyte/North Warrandyte market, with some top sales…all to buyers moving from outside of Warrandyte.

– 5 Danita Drive SOLD by private sale in November of last year, for $1.44 million;

– 118 Bradleys Lane (pictured) SOLD at auction in May for $1.37 million; and

– 9 Bradleys Lane SOLD last week before auction, for $1.08 million.

A targeted marketing campaign was utilised for each property, involving a combination of internet and local papers which generated a huge amount of interest.

Three buyers fought it out at the auction for 118 Bradleys Lane, and four written offers were received prior to the auction of 9 Bradleys Lane.

Senior Associate, Chris Chapman and the Eltham team are finding strong interest in Warrandyte properties at the moment, provided that the homes are marketed well to ensure that as many buyers as possible are reached.
