11th December 2012: MPTV Property Panel – 2012 in Review

There certainly were some interesting tie choices amongst the guests on the Property Panel for the final episode of MPTV for 2012!

Executive Chairman, Tim Fletcher, joined the panel to review the year that was in the property market and discuss predictions for 2013.

The panel noted that the last few months have shown a distinct improvement in the market, with quality homes often attracting significant numbers of bidders.

Tim feels fairly "bullish" about the year ahead in real estate and believes that it will be a "responsible market" with the improvement seen at the end of this year set to continue.
